nah, check this link out:
wiki article at the bottom it lists the staff as an "all spellcaster weapon" but there is no stub entered yet. it could be that this item was intended to be included in game but never added. |

maybe eternal was a concept name for the ghostly and they decided that 3 eternal items were to much(just a guess).
